I have been a high school teacher since 2014, and while I am passionate about teaching, I also have a need to work with my hands. I am the only teacher in my department who keeps a toolbox in my classroom.

This venture began when I attempted to clean my driveway. A neighbor, who was in the process of renovating his rental property, noticed my efforts and hired me to wash his house. I found the work enjoyable, although it took longer than it should have. Following this, several other neighbors expressed interest in having their properties washed, but I had to decline their requests due to my lack of efficiency and confidence.

Motivated to improve, I decided to educate myself further and and see where this business takes me.

Why Us

Why pay somebody to spray some water around? While it is possible to successfully wash your own house, do you really want to?

  • Improper techniques can damage surfaces like siding, wood, and paintwork. We know what pressure and what cleaning agent to use on which material.

  • Water can enter the house through vents and windows leading to mold, mildew, and other harmful elements. We pay attention to any opening that may allow water into the home.

  • Concrete can be permanently damaged if the wrong pressure or chemical is used. Concrete shouldn’t be washed for at least 30 days. We do not use pressure on concrete unless it is two years or older.

  • Metal surfaces are sensitive to certain chemicals and can be damaged easily. We take precautions to protect metal surfaces.

  • Electrical components, such as security cameras, can easily be damaged by water. Not only can the equipment be damaged, but there is the risk of a fire if precautions are not taken. We cover cameras and electrical equipment.

  • The wrong chemical process can break down the wood’s cellular structure, making it weak and brittle. Wood can be damaged easily with the wrong pressure. We use the correct techniques to safely clean wood.

  • Roofs can be damaged by pressure stripping the granules off the shingles. Shingles themselves can be damaged. Water can get under the shingles leading to leaks and damaged seals. We understand the anatomy of the roof and clean it without causing damage.
